Meet the team

Katie- Manager

Katie has a Level 3 - City and Guilds Early Years Educator, and is currently studying for her Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5. Katie splits her time between being a key person and ensuring the setting runs smoothly as our Manager.

Sharon- Key Person

Sharon has worked in early years for over 20 years and brings all of that knowledge and experience to her role. She has a Level 3 City & Guilds Diploma for Children and Young People.

Ellie, Key Person

Ellie joined us in 2020. She has Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator), and is full of enthusiasm and new ideas. Ellie leads our social media pages and our speech and language group- chatterbox.

Ben, Deputy Manager and SENCO Support

Ben has been with us since March 2024, he has worked in education and childcare for 5 years. He has a level 5 in supporting teaching and learning and a level 3 in children’s play, learning and development.

Ellie , Preschool Apprentice

Ellie joined us in 2024 as an apprentice. She is full of new ideas and enthusiasm. She is studying towards her Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification. We are so glad she has joined the team!

Rachael, Key Person and SENCO

Rachael is an Early Years Educator Level 3, she is our Special Educational Needs (SENCO) and a key person. Rachael has a wealth of experience and has worked in childcare for 8 years. The knowledge and experience that she has gained provides the preschool with a strong SEN team.

Brooke, Key Person

Brooke joined us in November 2022 as an apprentice and has now qualified as a level 3 Early Years Practitioner. Brooke is a real asset to the team and always brings new and inventive activities to Pre-school.

  • Sarah Green, Preschool Proprietor

    Sarah is the owner of the preschool, having taken over in 2019 from her mother (Mary Green), who was involved with the preschool for over 40 years. Sarah has worked in education and educational administration for over 25 years.
